Terms of Enrolment (General)
Learners should be left at class and collected after class by the responsible party.
We advise parents to inform us as to who is delivering and collecting the learner.
Our official channel for communication is WhatsApp 067 699 8988. All messages and documents will be made available as attachments or links on WhatsApp.
Postponement of classes - we are unable to postpone classes due to our busy calendar. Classes that are not attended will be forfeited. Classes may not be banked or held for future dates.
Classes are sold on the understanding that they must be taken consecutively.
In the event of illness, we will grant the learner the option of taking the class online, using Zoom. If this cannot be achieved the class will be forfeited.
Learners are expected to behave responsibly and no horseplay will be tolerated
Examination bookings cannot be canceled or postponed under any circumstance. Fees will not be refunded by the examining body.
If a learner learns for leisure and requires a document to validate attendance, a certificate of attendance will be issued.
Learners who take the graded examinations and pass successfully, will earn an internationally recognised certificate directly from the examining body.
